Fairgrounds Communities LLC has recently acquired the ownership and management of your rental property. We are excited to have you as part of our community and are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and providing exceptional service.
Rent Payment Procedures:

• We do not accept cash. Please make all rent payments by check or money order.
• You can drop off payments at our office during business hours located inside WorkIT Coworking Center.
• After hours, please use the secure drop box located at the side door of our office.
• Please mark your payment envelope clearly with your name and house address.
• Starting February 1, 2025 there will be a $25.00 late fee for rent payments received after the 5th.
• You will be able to pay rent online using your Innago.com account and we have waived the fee for bank drafts. You should have received an email from Innago about verifying your email and setting up your account. Let us know if you did not get the email and we will resend it.

Freeze Warning Information – We are expecting freezing temperatures in the coming days, which can cause pipes to freeze and burst if proper precautions are not taken. To protect your home and prevent potential damage, please follow the instructions below:

Drip Indoor Faucets: Turn on both hot and cold water faucets in your kitchen and bathrooms. Set them to a slow, steady drip—the drip should be large enough to prevent water from standing still in the pipes but not wasteful.

Open Cabinet Doors: Open cabinet doors under sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms to allow warm air to circulate around the pipes, especially if the sink is on an exterior wall.

Keep Thermostat Above 65°F: Ensure your heating system is functioning and keep it set at no lower than 65°F, even if you are leaving for an extended period.

Outdoor Faucets and Hoses: Disconnect and store any outdoor hoses. If your outdoor faucets have covers, ensure they are securely in place.

Taking these steps helps prevent frozen pipes, which can lead to costly damages and repairs. Trash Pickup 

Dumpster is emptied on Wednesday and Friday, No trash should be left in the yards. Please dispose of trash promptly to prevent rodents and animals. The covers on the dumpster must be kept closed at all times. Do not overfill the dumpster because the overfilled trash will spill out when emptied.
